买手店主理人M女士,眼光阅历独到,臻选的陈列品都有一个感动她的故事。 M女士不喜欢堆叠产品,所见均是孤品,认为它们有缘自会找到归属者。

 

“Running a business goes for meeting up with pleasure.” said Ms.M who hosts a fashion buyer shop with selected and exclusive items all having a touching story behind. She believes that a neat retail display would help products to encounter their true owner.

她的空间,喜欢现代设计的简单,又不舍中式的典雅,中西新旧,简明有序。

这是一家服饰买手店,但产品却是融合到空间里,是背离了聚焦产品的视觉设计理念,这样的离经叛道其实是源于M女士一句话的“怂恿”,“衣着即所得所想所感。”气场,而非衣服赋予,而是自身素养。M女士想售出的从来都不是衣服本身,而是通过美学赋能女性。

 

Her space features the simplicity of modern design but also the elegance of Chinese-style ornaments, in order to generate visual contrast of new against old. 

Despite a retail shop, the design contributes to integrating these products into the surrounding rather than standing them out, which was inspired by the words “You are what you wear and have”. Whether clothes or furnishing in the space, they all could represent her state and attitude towards life. Therefore, what she really wants to sell is the gift of aesthetics and empowering her customers, never be merchandise.
